Mmmm Natto!

Beans Beans “they’re good for your heart!” … the more you eat the more you fart, the more you fart, the better you feel… so what?! Eat beans with every meal!!!!

I don’t know about you, but I *heart* beans! For some reason though, I find a large number of guys do not care for beans. No black beans. No pinto beans. No kidney beans. No garbanzo beans. No bean chili. Now, is it really chili without beans?!?!? I think not!

There does seem to be one exception to the bean family… edamame (aka soybeans). Most everyone seems to love these. However, take edamame to the next level– aged and fermented (aka Natto, see above photo) — and it’s a whole new story. I suppose many would say, this is one thing that does not get better with age. BUT I beg to differ! Slimy, yes. Stinky, yes. Delicious, YES! Good for you, YES!
